Laura (Hawaiian Shirt Ray’s sister) has worked very hard this season on improving her running gait/form and logging plenty of miles with the goal of running the Vasque Golden Leaf Half Marathon Trail Run. Working with her running coach Janet Runyan (my coach too) they put together a plan to accomplish running the Vasque Golden Leaf Half Marathon Trail Run. Laura was very flexible with her training program due to her military commitments and volunteering in the Dominican Republic after the earthquakes.
